The scheduled events are family friendly, as this is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and friends. A parent must assist children under the age of 18 for the above scheduled activities.
February 20 – Annual Ashton Estates HOA Meeting will be held at St.Aidan's Episcopal Church at 7:00 p.m. (143rd & Blackbob). Review of financials and goals for 2012 – starts promptly at 7:00 p.m. have facility for one hour.
April 6 - Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt – at 8:00 p.m. (please bring Easter basket and flashlight) ages infant thru 5th grade – meet in the subdivision parking lot.
April 27, 28 - Ashton Estates Annual Garage sale will take place April 27 and April 28 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.. Advertising and Promotion of this event will occur close to the date. It is not necessary to participate in both days. Mission Southside will be picking up remaining items from Garage Sale on April 28, Saturday, at 4:00 p.m., you may drop off items in the Subdivision Pool Parking Lot; tax receipt donations available. Mission Southside supports local families in Olathe with a warehouse at 15330 S. Keeler, where items maybe donated throughout the year.
May 25 - Pool Opening (pool hours from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.)
July 4- Wednesday ~ Bike Parade - 4th of July Please join us at the subdivision pool for our annual Ashton Estates bike parade. Starts at10:00am please meet at the Ashton Estates Subdivison Pool. Please bring you bike decorated and ride through the subdivision displaying your bike. All ages welcome -treats will follow!!! September 3 - Pool Closing - Last Day of Swimming - 6:00 p.m. pleasebring a side dish to share, and your own meat to grill and a beverages- grill will be provided - parking lot roped off.
