All individuals must have a white Pool Card (keycard); members may be asked to show this while at the pool for resident ID.

ASHTON ESTATES POOL RULES
  1. POOL HOURS ARE 10:00 A.M. UNTIL 10:00 P.M.
  2. MEMBERS AND GUESTS ONLY
  3. AN ADULT MUST ACCOMPANY CHILDREN UNDER 12
  4. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, MEMBERS AND GUESTS SWIM AT THEIR OWN RISK
  5. ADULTS MUST REMAIN IN WADING POOL AREA WITH CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES
  6. SWIM DIAPERS ARE REQUIRED FOR INFANTS/TODDLERS
  7. APPROPRIATE SWIM WEAR - NO CUT-OFFS
  8. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA
  9. NO DIVING
  10. NO LOUD MUSIC
  11. PROPER BEHAVIOR AND LANGUAGE EXPECTED AT ALL TIMES
  12. NO HORSEPLAY, RUNNING, EXCESSIVE SPLASHING, OR OTHER ACTIVITIES CONSIDERED DANGEROUS OR DISRUPTIVE
  13. ADULT PARENT MUST ACCOMPANY MINOR CHILDREN AFTER 9 PM
  14. SKATEBOARDS, BICYCLES, ROLLER BLADES, SCOOTERS, ETC. ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA
The association is not responsible for loss of personal items or any injuries that may occur while utilizing the pool or surrounding area.
New homeowners that are not familiar with our pool entry system, your keycard provides access to the Ashton Pool, - it is NOT a swipe card; just hold the card in front of the key card system on the gate and you will hear a signal to open the gate.
 
The camera system in place monitors pool activity in the swimming area and surrounding parking lot. If a member of Ashton Estates is causing destruction or disruptive behavior to the facility, the members keycard may be revoked.
 
It is your responsibility, as an Ashton Estates resident, if you notice disruptive behavior or a concern with activity at the pool, please contact the police department direct.
KEYCARD
Each homeowner has (2) keycards, transferred upon ownership of property. The keycard(s) is activated yearly through payment of HOA dues.
 
If you are needing a new pool key, please send a request using the Contact Us page. Using the "Send To" dropdown, select: Pool Replacement Key. The replacement fee is $25.
